Applegreen Electric Consent Mechanisms:




  • Where is the consent collected?


  • Consent method- User opts in to consent on the registration page. This can be managed under their account settings.
  • The data is stored on our OMS Driivz and is updated via API.



  • Description of when, where, why and how do subscribers join the campaign (we must document this process)


  • We ask customer to provide their mobile number during the registration process on either our app or website to verify their account details.
  • This number is used to send an authentication confirmation code to. 
  • The customer can also opt into marketing communications following their account verification using a tick box.




Message frequency disclosure:

Messages are transactional – one message per request.



Pricing disclosure

"Message and data rates may apply" - We do not charge for messaging or data
