·    The Winner of the competition will be awarded $100 credit to their Applegreen Electric app account to be used on electric vehicle charging at Applegreen Electric chargers across the United States of America. The $100 credit will be made available on 8^th July 2024 and will expire on 7^th July 2025.

·    The competition is open to all Applegreen Electric app customers and entries will only be accepted and valid if received on or before 1^st July 2024. Any entries received after this date will not be valid.

·    All Entrants must be over the age of 18 years and only one entry will be accepted per person.

·    The draw will take place on Thursday, 4^th July 2024 and the winner will be notified by email. The winning entry will be selected in a draw by random selection.

·    No cash alternative will be awarded in lieu of the prize.

·    Applegreen Electric accept no responsibility should difficulties arise in submitting an entry to this competition.

·    Applegreen Electric are not liable for any loss, damage or injury that might occur to any Entrants resulting from his or her participation in the competition or the prize.

·    Entry into this competition will be deemed to be a full and unconditional acceptance by the applicant of the Terms and Conditions of this competition. A failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the competition and, if applicable, forfeiture of the prize(s).

·    Proof of identity may be called for before the prize is awarded.
